As each job is printed on an individual basis, full payment is required before work can commence on your job. The easiest and most efficient way to pay for your order is via PayPal or direct deposit.

PayPal provides for safe and secure transaction environment and buyers may be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection policies. To view the PayPal Buyer Protection policies, please visit the PayPal website.

très inviting recommends that buyers keep a copy of the transaction receipt from PayPal.

refunds.
Due to the customised nature of this product, très inviting does not offer refunds. très inviting is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final product where the cause is misunderstanding, lack of information from the customer, delayed submission of content from the customer, delayed feedback on the proof from the customer or as a result of incorrect content.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check the proof for correct content prior to the finalisation of the product.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Any damages during the postal process must be notified to us within 3 days.

très inviting will not be held responsible for damages which occur during your subsequent individual posting of items.

other fees and charges.
très inviting is not liable for any bank fees or paypal fees the customer may incur as a result of a purchase from tres inviting. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

ownership.
All designs remain the property of très inviting, even after purchase.

copyright.
très inviting owns the copyright for all invitations and associated stationery items. As such, our invitations and stationery may not be sold, copied, reproduced or altered without prior written permission of tres inviting.

The website address (www.tresinviting.com.au) may be printed discreetly on the back of save the date cards, invitations, order of service, thank you cards and menus. Please let us know when you place an order if you have any objections to this.

Onsale or copying of our invitation and stationery designs is strictly prohibited.

All designs are subject to the Australian Copyright Act and other International Acts.

très inviting reserves the right to use any of our designs, including designs created for custom invitations, for advertising, as samples or as products for sale.

custom Invitations.
très inviting reserves the right to refuse any request for a custom design or order. Orders will be refused where the content (text, graphics or photographs) provided by the customer is deemed by tres inviting to be inappropriate. Inappropriate content includes but is not limited to content that is crude, pornographic, obscene, immoral, violent, or defamatory.

cancellation of orders.
If you have to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible, along with confirmation in writing. Payment will only be refunded if the cancellation is within 5 business days of ordering. Cancellations after 5 business days will not be refunded.

pricing.
très inviting is an Australian owned and operated business. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change and availability. Sizes and designs may change over time. tres inviting reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice.

surveys & contests.
On occasions we may request information via surveys or contests either through our website, mailing list, facebook page or newsletters. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site and its products and services.
